Refund & Cancellation Policy
StudyDis is an online study service. Plans are digital subscriptions that switch on as soon as payment is confirmed. Here's how cancelling and refunds work.
Cancelling your plan
- Starter, Plus and Pro renew automatically — every month or every year, depending on what you chose — until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from Settings → Plan → Cancel subscription. You don't need to email us.
- After you cancel you keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for. Nothing more is charged, and your account moves to Free after that date.
- Your notes and progress aren't deleted when a plan ends.
Refunds
- New subscriptions: if StudyDis isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we'll refund it in full.
- Renewals: if a renewal went through that you meant to cancel, write to us within 7 days of the charge. We'll cancel the subscription and refund that renewal in full.
- Charged twice or charged in error: we refund the extra payment in full, whenever you tell us.
- After 7 days, payments aren't refundable, but you can always cancel so you aren't charged again.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@studydis.com from the email address on your StudyDis account, with your StudyDis ID (on your Profile page, it starts with SD-). We reply within 2 working days.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method — card, UPI or net banking — through our payment provider, Razorpay. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show the money in your account.
Failed payments
If a payment fails but money leaves your account, you haven't been charged by StudyDis — your bank or Razorpay returns it automatically, usually within a few working days. If it hasn't come back after 7 working days, write to us and we'll chase it.
